2010 Stock Person's School

Biosecurity and Herd Health:
On the Range; in the Barn

BIOSECURITY AND HERD HEALTH TO BE ADDRESSED 

The Farm Animal Council of Saskatchewan (FACS) Stock Person’s School zeros in on Biosecurity and Herd Health.

Held annually, the one-day session is designed for producers, range riders and others who work with livestock.

With leading experts from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine (WCVM), the University of Calgary Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, participants will learn about the latest advancements and research developments for biosecurity and herd health on the range and in the barn.

Set for May 6 in Room 2302 at the WCVM on the University of Saskatchewan campus, the early bird registration deadline is April 30, 2010.  Registration fees are as follows:

Early Bird - $105.00 (includes GST) by April 30, 2010
After April 30, 2010 - $136.50 (includes GST)

Full-time Students - $42.00 (includes GST) by April 30, 2010
After April 30, 2010 - $136.50 (includes GST)
