Grant Zalinko, PAg, provincial cattle analyst - "Focusing on Livestock Traceability"
Grant Zalinko, PAg is the provincial cattle analyst with the Livestock Branch at the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture. Grant prepares the weekly Cattle Market Update providing input and analysis on market price trends and issues impacting Saskatchewan's beef cattle sector. Grant will be providing an update on the 2009 Saskatchewan beef cattle sector and will discuss current opportunities and challenges facing beef cattle producers. The focus will be on livestock traceability and how it will impact cow/calf producers, feedlots, etc.

Time: Lunch buffet at 12:00 pm speaker will follow at 12:30
